About

MY BACKGROUND

An unwavering passion for helping startups scale efficiently

My startup journey started when I joined Lyft in its early days as the GM of Dallas. During my time in rideshare, I built the operations organization across multiple cities and led local teams to realize 7x growth in just 24 months to become a >$250M P&L business. As Lyft grew to become a public company, I yearned to get back to my true passion; helping startups scale. Subsequently, I joined Sonder as the Head of DFW Operations where I built a pre-revenue hospitality business to $6M ARR in just 8 months, and helped secure over $150M in contracted revenue within just 10 months.

From there I moved on to executive roles at Cargomatic and OnFrontiers where I championed a culture of rapid experimentation and service excellence that encouraged teams to innovate, iterate, and deliver high-impact outcomes through efficient go-to-market execution.

 

I hold the belief that the success of an organization hinges on its leadership, management, and recruitment strategies. With my extensive experience in these areas, including valuable lessons learned from past challenges, I am well-equipped to contribute my expertise and support your endeavors.
